Shipping
Delivery dates will be 2-5 business days (subject to courier service). You will be able to track your order online at NZPost with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email.

Repairs are available for all our products in our online store.
Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, however if there is a manufacturing fault with the jewellery pieces we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act and try our best to resolve this.
In this case you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date and you may receive a repair to the manufacturing fault, exchange.
Any damage to the jewellery outside a manufacturing fault will not be available for returns or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:

Repairs done by any other person(s)/company
All return items must appear in their original condition and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your exchange may be refused or delayed.
